Empty and non-functional Preferences Pane.

I installed Horos today -- the "Apple Processors" version. The first time I entered  Preferences >> Locations, and successfully added a location, it worked.

After that, whenever I open the Preferences Window (after quitting and restarting) and choose any item, this happens:




Now I cannot work with the Preferences at all!

Please help/fix this as soon as you can.

I cannot use Horos in this state.
