Issue with Displaying Two Exams Side by Side in Horos

I am currently using the Horos software and I am encountering an issue regarding the display of two exams from the same patient side by side. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Specifically, I would like to compare and view two exams from the same patient simultaneously within the Horos interface. However, despite following the suggested steps, I am unable to arrange them side by side for direct comparison.

It's worth noting that I have confirmed with colleagues who have similar computer configurations and hardware that they are able to execute this command successfully on their machines. Therefore, it appears that the issue may not be specific to my computer.

Could you please provide guidance on how to accomplish this? I would appreciate any insights or troubleshooting steps to help identify and address the underlying cause. Additionally, if there are any specific settings or adjustments that need to be made within the Horos software, please let me know.
