Dear All

A reminder about tomorrow evening's talk - correct details are on our website www.hornseyhistorical.org.uk but if you've only checked your programme (blue leaflet) you'll see a slight change, which occurred before the programme was sent out.

The talk is now being given by Sarah Garrod, archivist of the George Padmore Institute in Stroud Green. Some of you will have been there to hear a talk by John Hinshelwood and may have visited Beacon Books on the ground floor.

Please come along and support us. The talk is unusual in that it gives an opportunity to view some of the archives for which Sarah is responsible, and I doubt if many of you are even aware of the interesting story of the Stroud Green Suypplementary Schools, right on our doorstep.

Regards
Rachael
