Hello All - I hope adverse weather  won't stop you coming along to Hornsey Historical Society tomorrow, 8 Feb, 8pm prompt, URC Hall, cnr Ferme Pk Rd/Weston Pk N8, for Dr Chris Pond's talk 'From Mean Streets to Epping Forest'. HHS members who went on our visit to the Ragged School Museum will remember 'Epping retreats', when poor East End children were taken on trips to the Essex countryside.
