Ninja All-Stars allows for 2 to 4 players to take control of a team of ninja (this may be a pre-rolled team or a team purchased with points) and battle over objectives. Each Ninja Clan is drawn from a different element (6 in total), with each element providing different bonuses in-game. As well, the game's dice mechanic is based on the element system, using a rock-paper-scissors type of dice elimination to determine the outcome of various aspects such as combat, searching, and special abilities. It is important to note that combat is not a simple "I rolled more swords than your shields"; the elimination of dice will give the winner a choice of different combat results based on the remaining dice. The interesting point here is, ninjas don't die in this game, rather, they are knocked out and placed in their team's dojo, where they rest and recover and may eventually be brought back onto the board. The rules allow for one-off scenario games as well as league play with guidelines on ninja advancement, meaning that players can develop their ninja over many games.
Ninja All-Star is a game unto itself but instead of creating another Fandom page for a game that is no longer being published it's information will be integrated into Super Dungeon Explore Fandom just as the game pieces have. You can find all of the Ninja All-Stars Here and Here
As a result, Ninja Division will not be supporting recent, or future, Kagejima themed content with new Ninja All-Stars cards. Unfortunately, this includes the recent Yurei and Sohei Super Dungeon releases.
Most of these ninja clans' foundations were done by individuals of their legal ancestors, who most clans are unknown, but these clans were individual shinobi who were forgotton or legendary. For example, the Senju Clan Ancestor was the youngest son, the Uzumaki Clan Ancestor was the middle daughter, and the Uchiha Clan Ancestor was the elderest son of the Sage of the Six Paths who inherited his " body", "longevity", and "eyes".
Majority of these clans were mercenary military forces even before the hidden villages and First Great Ninja War. The Senju Clan and Uchiha Clan were the first known clans to have agreed to settle and form a shinobi village, facilitated by creating agreements with the feudal lord of the land they inhabit. Many clans would follow the example of the Senju and the Uchiha, later establishing the Five Great Nations as they are known today.
Membership in a clan is usually determined by blood relations and genetics, which is vital in the usage of kekkei genkai, kekkei tota, doragon rinku, koseita rinku, and secret jutsu . These attributes and abilities made many clans feared and renowned throughout many villages, towns, and cities. While clans may be composed of many individuals and extended families, many clans mentioned and seen in the series were somewhat limited to a nuclear family.
The Aburame clan ("Aburame Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. They are characterised by their use of insects as weapons. At birth, members of this clan are offered to a special breed of insects such as kikaichu as a nest, residing just under their host's skin. These insects with then live in symbiosis with their host.
The Akimichi clan ("Akimichi Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. It has had fifteen clan heads, with Choza Akimichi being the fifteenth and his son Chōji slated to become the sixteenth. Members of the clan possess great physical strength and are able to quickly convert calories into chakra, which they then use in their various secret jutsu.
The Daikya Clan ("Daikya Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. All members born into this clan possess the Raikagan, a kekkei genkai that gives them the ability to see through solid objects and not only to see the charka network, but to absorb their energy in order to manifest creational energy through their fighting style, and affects the minds of their opponents and provide mental shields for their comrades in direct eye contract.
The Hayashi Clan ("Hayashi Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. All members are born with the Udonakibi, a doragon rinku that allows them to communicate with nature as they can enter into wilderness objects, access to possess the chakra natures; earth, water, and mainly wood nature, and can channel creational energy from the trees surrounding them and possess a great endurability.
The Hyuga Clan ("Hyuga Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things, and expel chakra from any of the chakra points in their body.
The Inuzuka Clan ("Inuzuka Ichizoku") is a clan of shinobi in Konohagakure known for their use of ninja hounds as fighting companions and are easily identified by the distinctive red fang markings on their cheeks.
the Kurama Clan ("Kurama Ichizoku") is a clan of extremely skilled genjutsu users of Konohagakure. This talent in genjutsu is due to the Jitsukan, a kekkei genkai that the clan possesses that can allow those who are born with it to travel into the dream realm and others' inner worlds. However, once every few generations, a member of the clan will be born with such enormous skill in genjutsu that their illusions can appear to produce tangible effects in reality.
The Mitsuka Clan ("Mitsuka Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. All born into this clan possess the Hiyatokon, a koseita rinku that allows those to move the direction of their fire style jutsu into their exact target and, due to the motional energy born within, they require no hand signs in order to perform their fire style jutsu and can gather more energy and increase their strength from the fire chakra source, the sun.
The Nara Clan ("Nara Ichizoku") is a clan known for their intelligence, ninjutsu that entails the manipulation of shadows, and tending of deer such as Rikumaru, which graze in a large area of the Nara Clan Forest. Shikaku Nara is the head of the clan.
The Rokaku Clan ("Rokaku Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. All members are born with the Jokunakibi, a doragon rinku that allows them to take flight to the sky, levitating by the production of creational energy within them, they have access to these chakra natures; water, lightning, wind, and mainly sky nature, and their accuracy of following the wind currents around the atomsphere are renowned fameous in the Land of Fire and Konohagakure as well.
The Sarutobi Clan ("Sarutobi Ichizoku") is an influential clan from Konohagakure. It has produced several notable members who have held positions of high authority, such as Hokage, and membership in the Shinobi Guardian Twelve. All known members have also been observed devotees of the Will of Fire.
The Senju Clan ("Senju Ichizoku") is a clan of shinobi that was considered to be one of the strongest clans in the ninja world during the war-torn era before the founding of the hidden villages. Together with their rivals and distant relatives by ancestor, the Uchiha Clan, they are responsible for founding the first hidden village named Konohagakure and making the village into what it is today. It is also one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure, and are currently endangered after the clan genocide.
The Uchiha Clan ("Uchiha Ichizoku") is one of the nine noble clans of Konohagakure. They was also reputed to be the village's most powerful clan, boasting shinobi that were exceptionally talented and battle-oriented. Together with the Senju Clan, they founded Konohagakure, but is now endangered after the events of the clan massacre.
The Shin Clan ("Shin Ichizoku") was a small ninja clan from the Land of the Rice Fields, where Orochimaru established the Land of Sound. Despite their size, they had high ideals. After Otogakure was founded, all the skilled members joined Otogakure. But when the requests from the feudal lord stopped coming, Shin lost his reason to live and set sight for a gold mine.
The Wasabi family ("Wasabi Ikka") is a family of the Land of Tea and the Wagarashi Family's greatest enemy and rival. For many years the two families have been fighting for ownership of the Degarashi Port. Jirocho Wasabi is the founder and head of the family.
The Kaguya Clan ("Kaguya Ichizoku") is a now extinct clan of the Land of Water, known to have been very barbaric. Select few, namely Kimimaro Kaguya, possessed the kekkei genkai Shikotsumyaku; this ability was so powerful that even the war-loving Kaguya Clan feared it. With the exception of Kimimaro, the clan was killed off when attacking Kirigakurein a failed attempt to show off their ferocity. The clan was very savage and had no tactics when going to battle, and refused to back down even when surrounded and completely outmatched, preferring to fight to the death for fun.
Shinobi: Heart Under Blade is a 2005 Japanese romantic drama film directed by Ten Shimoyama and written by Kenya Hirata. It is an adaptation of Futaro Yamada's novel The Kouga Ninja Scrolls, although the characters are highly altered. It depicts the clash between two ninja clans, Iga and Kouga, and the fated love between Gennosuke (Kouga) and Oboro (Iga). The film's theme song was "Heaven" by Ayumi Hamasaki.
