June at the Hopvine

Welcome to summer. Wow it has arrived without much delay. 90 degrees in late May that is  kind  of  crazy. Last year we had 40 days over  80 degrees maybe it will be like that again. But off course we have some amazing beers awaiting your hot days. We tapped the Cloudburst Market Fresh Saison. Steve makes use of Pike Market which is very close to the  brewery to draw from for ingredients. Because of the hot weather strawberries have been in plentiful supply. This beer like many of Steve's beers is fantastic.  We are also happy to  showcase the Stoup Pilsner. Stoup Brewing is becoming one of the best new breweries. It is hard for smaller breweries to brew pilsners. True pilsners need to lager for many weeks and this of course takes up valuable tank real estate. So it is nice to have one  of these on tap. 

We have two wonderful brewery events this month including Seapine Brewing  on June 9th at 7pm. This Sodo brewery is becoming one of the most consistent new breweries. Their Gose was amazing and all their basic lineup of beers is stellar. New Belgium will be in the house on the 16th at 7pm.  I dont need to tell you amazing their beers are. They advanced barrel aging and souring in the craft beer business like no one else. We will have a sour beer on tap as well as other surprises. Join Johnny from the brewery for all the fun. 

Music is happening this month as well so check out the calendar for the fun. We will be having Pride Karaoke on Friday June 24th at 9pm. I dont need to tell you how much fun that  will be. Enjoy the heat. Stop by the Hopvine.
