October at the Hopvine

We have a lot of fun events this month. The Hopvine Best of the West IPA Fest starts next week. We will be showcasing numerous IPAs for the next couple of months. The hops have been harvested and the IPA's will begin showcasing those essential hop oils. You be the Judge and help pick the favorite out of many wonderful options. Martime Pacific Brewing will be in the house for a brewer event on the 21st. Taste some special beer along with something fun from the smoker.  Finally, the zany Halloween Karaoke is back on the 31st. It is one of our favorite nights. 

We have included some hop shots that we took in a visit to Yakima and the Gamache Family Farm. 70% of the U.S. hop supply comes from Yakima. With over 2500 craft brewers in the country Yakima becomes the place to be during the brief 5 week harvest time. 

Note: We have a new menu for fall. The Pumpkin soup is back along with a seasonal menu that you will truly enjoy. We have some great things from Dr. D on the smoker, and Michael continues to create some wonderful specials including hatch green chili stew.  So stop by your cozy Note: We have a new menu for fall.
