Time of error?

It seems that there is no way to indicate the exact time at which an error occurred at the source. Is this by design? Wouldn't it be useful to allow this to be expressed in the notice document, for example as a <time> element under <error>? This would enable decoupling between the time at which an error actually occured at the source and when it was posted to Hoptoad.
