Hoptoad is now Airbrake

Hi notifier and third addon developers!

As you may have already learned from our blog[1], we've changed the name of Hoptoad to Airbrake. 

The main thing that needs to happen from your point of view is that you should now start posting notices to airbrakeapp.com instead of hoptoadapp.com. The old domain name will continue to work for a few months, but the sooner you get your libraries upgraded the better. You can expect hoptoadapp.com to eventually stop working completely.
