Problem starting Jupiter notebook

Hi, 

My project name on hops.site is "LRF". 

The problem is the Jupiter notebook is not starting. I am getting the error: "Jupyter server could not start. Timed out waiting for Jupyter pod startup"

Jupyter is working for our projects. I think it might be related to your specific project. Can you come by so I can help you troubleshooting?
