I keep trying to initiate a free trial for premium anchor design but it leads me in circles and so I am not wanting to buy a month subscription because every time I try to get the trial it brings me to hilti profis without actually upgrading me. So I am wondering how to fix this and why it is happening before I am willing to pay money for the premium. It basically creates a loop. Where I go back to hilti profis and then it says to upgrade to premium and the process starts all over.
Hello,
I need to understand what the "Recommended plate thickness" in calculation report of HILTI Profis Anchor (post-installed fastenings) means by a physical viewpoint: it is a recommendation based on stiffness? On stress in the plate? How it is evaluated? Which method?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Andrea
Hi Andrea,
Thank you very much for posting your question on Ask Hilti.
Will you please email to us the .pa file of your calculation so that we can further check the recommended plate thickness? You can email the .pa file at TeamAsk...@hilti.com
For the meantime, since you are using the Hilti PROFIS Anchor software we would like to invite you to try and use our latest anchoring to concrete (post-installed fastenings) software which is the Hilti PROFIS Engineering.
PROFIS Engineering is the latest transformation of our industry leading software, that you are currently using, PROFIS Anchor.
PROFIS software has always made designing the most complex and challenging structural connections easy. Now, with the addition of base plate analysis and compatibility with popular 3D modelling software anchor design has never been easier.
With base plate analysis you can analyse your base plate using CBFEM + ASI design guide and AISC Design Guide or a finite element methodology to determine if your base plate is rigid.
This are just a few of the game changing features of PROFIS Engineering.

When I try to log in to my account it gives an error that my premium trial period has expired. But I have never subscribed to premium version trial. I am using this account for more than 2 years now. This is the first time it has happened. Currently all my work is in accessible. Help at the earliest is very much appreciated. Attaching a screen shot of the error here as well.
