Hi all,

 

PEOPLES Community Credit Union has a position opening for a Member Service Representative.  This is a 20-40 hour per week position.  We will train.  No nights or weekends.

 

The applicant will be responsible for providing a variety of services to our members. Services include, but are not limited to:

 

·        Answering any questions members have over the telephone or in person

·        Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and a variety of other transactions

·        Open new accounts

·        Various clerical and receptionist functions

·        Assist other member service representatives

·        Actively cross sell Credit Union products

·        Serve members promptly and professionally
