We are looking for your artwork! If you have artwork or a collection that you want to display at Hopewell or Chapel, we are excited to do that during Lent. The art needs to symbolize the following areas we are emphasizing each week during the 6 weeks of Lent:

3/1/2020       The Natural Community

3/8/2020       The Nurturing Community/Disability Awareness Sunday

3/15/2020     The Social Community

3/22/2020     The Economic Community

3/29/2020     The Political Community

                        4/5/2020       The World Community    

These areas are the six communities of the UMC Social Principles. Look for my article about the Social Principles in the March newsletters for each church. You can also click on this link  UMC: Social Principles and Social Creed.

Your artwork is due on the Sunday before the week you want us to display it. In other words, the artwork for display on March 1 is due this Sunday, February 23. If you have an easel or some other way of displaying your work, it is greatly appreciated. If not, we will find a way to display it for you.
