Nicole asked: What is best for growing pains on children?
Linda's response: My thoughts on growing pains is to consider that it may be a mineral deficiency. Epsom salts in the bath may help. Our family takes FrequenSea for a vitamin/mineral supplement. Also consider that it may be a magnesium deficiency. Click here for more information about Magnesium.
Testimonies
1. I use Resolve when my children have aches and pains including growing pains. I have it in a roll-on and let them apply it where they want to. It fixes their complaint rather quickly.
2. I use Birch for our children's growing pains, and within 5 minutes the pain is gone.
3. I am so excited. My little one has been having growing pains, and I ordered PainX and Bones & Joints to try the next time he wakes up crying about it. Last night he was very distraught. I applied PainX on his legs and Bones & Joints on the bottoms of his feet. He was relieved immediately and fell right back to sleep.
4. When my young ones awaken with growing pains, I mix a little PainX with coconut oil and gently massage their legs. Within minutes, the pain is gone and they are back to sleep.
