sarcoma on my horse's face

I have a horse with a sarcoma on her face. It's a little troublesome, because it's right where a noseband fits on her, and sometimes it gets chafed. I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions of oils to use, please. I have tried frankincense, and it didn't seem to do anything. Thank you!!
