External Hemorrhoids on teen girl

Hello guys! I wanted to ask is anyone can help me with my daughter? She has external hemorrhoids since she is pregnant and the doctor will not assist with removing them now our after she has her baby. I am and have always been a firm believer in oils and herbal healing and wanted to see if anyone had any ideas to help remove them. She is very embarrassed by these and self conscious.
