I got Ylang Ylang to help with my heart arrhythmia. Do I apply it directly to my chest wall or take internally, and how often per day? Thanks!

This following is from the HEO website. Be sure to read the testimony where the person comments that they need to reapply every 3 hours. The oils are metabolized and eliminated in 1-2 hours, so that would make sense. I prefer topical application to internal, but a drop on the tongue may be something you'll want to try to see if your body prefers that to the topical use. For heart issues, also consider our Circulation blend.

Application:
Topical: Apply 2-4 drops on location as desired. Dilution may be necessary.
For heart issues: Apply over the heart, on the bottoms of feet, on the lifeline of the hand and under the left ring finger and left ring toe, on the left arm above the elbow and on the arteries of the neck. It may help to apply this blend along the spine from the first to the fourth thoracic vertebrae, which correspond to the cardiopulmonary nerves. (These would be the vertebrae at your shoulder level.)

Inhalation: Directly inhale or diffuse

Testimony
1. Ylang Ylang consistently controls my blood pressure. As an example, I took my BP and it was 146/90. I applied Ylang Ylang to my forearms. Thirty minutes later my BP was 110/60. I have to reapply every 3 hours, but this is working very well. - V.W.

Blessings, Linda
