It's supposed to increase your energy and make you less hungry. It did make me less hungry, and the taste was great especially with a couple drops of HEO’s Plague Defense blend in it. However, I didn't lose any weight on it, and after awhile got burn't out on it. I think I have adrenal issues as well. I'm eating healthier than I ever have, and I'm not losing a thing, but I'm still experimenting with the HEO. Anyway here is the recipe.
7 cups of purified water
1 cup cranberry juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
juice from 3 oranges
juice from 2 lemons
Boil water, add cranberry juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Simmer for 20 min., let set until cool. Add orange and lemon juice.
