I don't know what I would have done without them! Upon breaking out, I have been using a combination of Lavender, oatmeal, and Tea Tree oil. I have not diluted anything, but some may find undiluted to be too strong for them. I started breaking out Sunday night, and seeing as I have gotten it every year (at least once), this is the fastest I've seen improvement. Knowing that most OTC stuff says not to use on the face, I was quick to reach for natural remedies. The only reason I didn't rich for Peppermint is because I'm still breastfeeding my little guy, and I've had supply issues. I've read that Peppermint can cause a decrease in supply and didn't want to take the risk.

Linda's comment:
Peppermint does decrease milk supply if you use a lot of it. I was using a lot for my degenerated neck at age 46 nursing our 8th child, but I overcame the decrease by adding Fennel to all the water I drank. This more than compensated for the decrease, and I was able to continue using the same amount of Peppermint for my neck. If you have any issues, consider adding Fennel to your water. :-)
