For those of you who have used Pain-X specifically for neck and shoulder pain, please share how you mixed it with carrier oil in roller bottle. The manufacturer recommends 50/50 mix which seems like an awful lot of essential oil and I don't want to waste it. Also, please share how you apply for pain when it's such a large area as neck and shoulders. :)

The warning to dilute is so the essential oil will not harm the roller applicator. You can, and possibly should, dilute much more than that.

Kathy,
I use PAIN-X all the time on my neck and shoulders. I normally use it full strength in a roller bottle or just by putting a few large drops in my hand. Sometimes I use a rubber glove because I think that makes it spread easier than when I put it in my hand. Occasionally, I mix it will Traumeel before going to bed at night. PAIN-X is FANTASTIC! I had severe neck and shoulder pain from stenosis of the cervical spine. I use past tense because I had a cervical fusion of C5/6 and C6/7 but PAIN-X helped me keep my sanity leading up to the surgery. I highly recommend it, and purchase it in the largest containers. Sometimes I combine PAIN-X and REGENERATION.
