We have a thorough list of suggestions in our Essential Oil Guidelines for Babies and Children. There is also a quick-glance chart that can be printed out for quick reference.
Coughs
Lemon, Eucalyptus Radiata, Niaouli, Ravensara, Thyme ct. linalool, German Chamomile, Lung Healing,* Respiratory Relief*
Cough Mix (by Valerie Worwood)
10 drops Ravensara
10 drops Eucalyptus Radiata
5 drops Niaouli
Age guideline for this blend:
Under 2 years - 4 drops in a TB of carrier oil
2-7 years - 6 drops in a TB of carrier oil
8-11 years - 8 drops in a TB of carrier oil
Use a small amount each time. Apply to chest and back.
