Detox Foot Bath Recipe
All components are powder/dry.
Mustard - 2T
Ginger - 1.5 tsp
Cayenne - 1/8 tsp
Rosemary - 1/2 tsp
Water should be as warm as you can tolerate.
Soak for 30 minutes.
