Years ago I added Magnesium Chloride to my diet. 90% of Americans are deficient in this mineral, and every cell (not some) in the body are dependent on it to function properly, including the skin. I also make sure I consume enough good fats such as Omega 3's. I like avocado like best. I've also added virgin coconut oil into our diets and noticed a big difference in my skin. For my lotions, I changed to unscented cream. I added
Frankincense (
Elemi works well too) and 2 drops
Copaiba as a magnifier, in
Grapeseed oil and added that into the
unscented lotion/
cream in a small glass canning jar. It keeps my skin silky.
