I take a hand sanitizer such as
Plague Defense Spray or make one with
Aloe Vera and
Citrus Quench or another favorite oil/blend. Follow the link for the recipe on the Aloe Vera page. I'd use these a lot. I use the Plague Defense Spray on toilet seats and to clean the motel. I spray the mattress under the sheets as well.
The Aloe Vera/Citrus Quench sanitizer would also be calming.
