nummular eczema

Hi there, I recently found HEO through a fellow mom and I love it. My 18.5 month old has been dealing with eczema since 9 months, when his first teeth came in. At his 18 month check up, his dr diagnosed it as "nummular eczema," due to the round shape of the hives, I actually thought it was ringworm! Anyway, I have only ever given him natural food, medicine, etc, we are still nursing so I am surprised that he even has eczema! But the nummular seems a little different from atopic and just wondered if any of the folks here had worked with it and found anything that worked? I am trying the dermasoothe spray right now with some homeopathic remedies my dr gave, but it has not shifted much. I also think he is still teething which seems to make it worse! Thanks!
