If you all don't mind, could we discuss the budget in our next meeting, which will be tomorrow? That way we can all agree on how much money we want invested in the printing costs. I will take the latest statement from the bank and we can go from there. If you have any questions please let me know.

Hi Everyone,
Here is the poster in it's final stage. Julia very kindly wrote the wording for the poster in English and Spanish. It's just awaiting the final information such as the telephone number. Is there any other information which we need to include?
I want to make sure that everything is absolutely correct before we go to print. Also, what is our budget for the printing costs?
In terms of the website can we get word content for each of the web pages. I think we should have the website in order before we start hanging up the posters. Especially as this is the first thing that people will probably look at after they see the posters.
I've created some headings and sub headings for pages on the website (http://www.hopebg.org):
About us - Our Story, Aims and Goals, Achievements
Get Involved - Volunteer, Monthly Meetings, Donate
Events - Upcoming Events, Past Events
News - Current News, Archived News
Membership - Current Members, New Members

Dean and Addi have already said that they will provide images and Sarah has given me some videos which is great.
The sooner we can gather all the information for the website the quicker we can get it up and running.
