Warren Central High School approval

We have been finally approved from the board to go to Warren Central during focus time to talk to the Latin Students!!!!
This is during Wednesdays at 10:30am.  This means that the ones that can and want to help with this need to get together to prepare everything. Now I am not sure if we need to do this before or after our monthly meeting which is March 13th??? Tell me what you think. Please contact me if you are interesting in helping, I know we already have a membership committee but if you are available you can help too.

I agree with Luis. At first, my thoughts were to let the students know about HOPE before March 13, so they could attend the next meeting. However, I do not believe we are sufficiently prepared to deliver a well rounded presentation of the organization. We should all, as HOPE, make or agree on an outline of what, how, and who will represent HOPE in front of the high school students. That way we will have a general and consistent presentation that we will offer not only Warren Central High School but other high schools, churches, groups, etc. in the future. Keeping consistent will increase our credibility and will better prepare HOPE for each membership drive. 
 
I am very excited about this. HOPE is getting off to a great start. Let's make it happen!
