Feliz navidad and request for help on English Wikipedia articles

Hi,

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Olympics#Proposed_deletion_of_a_number_of_country-by-year_Paralympics_articles is a discussion started after some one PRODed (nominated for speedy deletion) a bunch of articles about countries at Specific Paralympic Games by Year.

A lot of these articles look nothing more than like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spain_at_the_1996_Summer_Paralympics .  Pretty much any article in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Paralympics_stubs that follows the formula "COUNTRY at YEAR SEASON PARALYMPICS" in the title is an issue.  There might very well be, given the editor is who doing the nominating is a notorious deletionist, another attempt to nominate them all for deletion in bulk.

If people have time, it would be great to see these articles expanded upon to include more than one or two lines, and contain some more original material.  This would aid in keeping these articles around in the future.

I worked on one that had been prodded: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Zealand_at_the_1976_Summer_Paralympics .  Not perfect, but it gives a general idea of the potential content that could be added to just fill these in a bit more.
