A quieter week for me. I updated the following athletes –

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Simmonds_(swimmer) . More famous for his disabled water ski achievements.

                http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne_Currie

I created an Entry for the Commonwealth Paraplegic Games - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_Paraplegic_Games

National Library holds the official programme and results for 1st Perth Games. I visited the Library to extract relevant information. University of Otago Archives assisted with Dunedin Games. Still many gaps but it is a foundation for Wikipedians to build on.

Cheers

Greg

Hi Greg,

Sounds great! As you probably noticed, I've tweaked those articles. I've also made sure that the new article about the Commonwealth Paraplegic Games is linked from all the appropriate places. Among other things, this involved writing a short paragraph about people with a disability in the history section of the Commonwealth Games article.

I'm not really sure about the title of Stephen Simmonds' article ... it probably doesn't matter too much either way.

Regards, Graham

Hi Graham

Steve Simmonds article title should probably be – Stephen Simmonds (athlete). Can you change this for me.

Thanks

Greg

Hi Greg,

I was thinking that, but the title "athlete" implies that he competed in athletics to me. Or am I just being pedantic?
