Having an issue with email connecting to Exchange via activesync. If I am not in the native mail app for an extended time (a few hours) and go back in mails have not populated. However my notification badge number shows the correct number of unread messages. If I swipe down it does not populate the mail. If I click the read/unread filter than they will show up. It is like the phone thinks the mail is being displayed but it is not. I have other users experiencing this issue but not all.

The ActiveSync connection is correct. And I think the email is getting pulled in because the notification badge shows the correct number unread emails. It just does not populate in the list. If I force close the app and then reopen they are there. This just started with iOS 13. I am on 13.3.3 and still not working.
