I've been enjoying reading the trip reports and decided to head out that way Saturday from the east end of Kelly stand. Similar to other folks followed snowmobile trails before hopping the ridge south, connecting back to a biler trail then up to north peak of Glastonbury /south mtn. Saw one set of ski tracks on the ridge which seemed less schwaky then my own route back down. Definitely a lot of squeezing for not an abundance of juice, but super fun to be out and poke around. Worth further exploring with more time. Skied from about 3400 on the north side then continued a little bit under the snowmo trail. Took the ridge above story spring on the way out and I'm guessing the lines off the west are better than what I skied on the north /east. Enough snow the whole way to keep skis on with sunny aspects and k stand road a bit thin but pole deep in the shade higher up.A few open streams on the way up but easy to navigate around. Seems like one of the few spots late season without much hiking and weather looks favorable for a bit. Ended up around 11 miles and even more smiles. Appreciate all the reports, Nate
