Sunday March 15 at Dutch Hill was quiet, except for the grinding of skis
on a crusty base. There was a few inches of new snow on frozen corn.
13" base at the bottom, 29" at the top, ~34F. We did Yankee Doodle and
North Glades. Tricky skiing but still good to get out. Very few bare spots
where we skied. Lift Line and presumably Windmill Woods have lost cover
at the top due to the wind. Hard to know what will happen after this rain
and thaw, but I think there could still be some good spring skiing once it
freezes and thaws again later in the week.
