Hello Hoos!

 

Let's Change Haiti is an international fundraiser raising money to fight child malnutrition and empower local farmers in post-earthquake Haiti through Partners in Health's Zanmi Agrikol project.  All money raised will be matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000.  Based on the model of collecting loose change to donate to Haiti relief efforts, Let's Change Haiti operates at more than twenty schools across the world including St. Andrews, Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, Brown, and UVA. 
 
This Thursday from 6-9, New City Arts Initiative and Para Coffee will host an art show to support Let's Change Haiti at Para Coffee behind the Corner.  The show will feature local art, and all proceeds will benefit Let's Change Haiti and Vwazen Nou, a Charlottesville-based healthcare project in Haiti.
