HOOMD v2.9 Group particles

Dear all,

I have a polymer chain with two rigid bodies. So normally all particles are grouped with 'hoomd.group.all' . Does anyone have an idea how grouping works in this case? Do I have to group rigid bodies and free particles using `hoomd.group.rigid` , `hoomd.group.nonigid' respectively?
