For some reason the svn repository is not letting me write to it.
I checked out my code (i.e. my private branch) to my computer, made
some changes, and tried to commit the changes and I got the following
error
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Can't write activity db
puzzling!

This error was due to a permissions problem on the server. I have
fixed it.
