Fixing particle position in hoomd

Hi,

I wanted to know if we can fix the position of a particle and update only its velocity. I need this to generate flow profile of a pusher type of active particle. If there is any alternative for this, please let me know.

Adrian,

I don't understand. If you fix the position, then the velocity is 0.

You can fix particle positions in MD simulations by omitting them from the filters you pass to your integration methods.
