Did I miss some required supporting software update?
I just checked out a new version of hoomd. When I run cmake ../src in
the "bin" file in trunk I get the following...

There was an apparent CMake syntax problem on the endif line there.
Odd that it would work on all the systems I'm running (including a
mac) and not yours. Maybe the difference is in the CMake version? I'm
running CMake 2.6.2

Anyways, try the latest svn update and see if that fixes the problem.
If not, try CMake 2.6.2.
