Having lived in a Hoole terrace for 8 years now I am aware that no one
wants to take responsibility for maintaining the back ally behind our
houses. It took a local resident to complain to the chronicle 3
years ago to get the Council to clear away the overgrowing clutter and
rubbish but I haven't seen them since. These alleys should be kept
clean and tidy by the residents but also by someone being responsible
for their upkeep.
