It's day three of our kid's Halloween makeup video series over at Walmart.com and today we're featuring Thomas, a super wiggly clown who sat shockingly still as we (almost) completed his clown look.
This is the most time consuming of the 3 looks we featured, but it's still pretty easy to pull off with a little planning and a lot of blending, you can check the video out HERE
