hookbox updates: generated docs for 0.3.4dev, merged updates from forks

Hi All,
Recently I was to track down why hookbox docs generation fails with "TypeError: 'Undefined' object is not callable" [1] . I created a workaround (added gettext in the context in builders.py) and was able to generate them.
I also merged changes from gameclosure [2] and slmnhq [3] . I have pushed my changes here https://github.com/raikage/hookbox . Hopefully, once other issues have been ironed out the updates can be pushed to https://github.com/hookbox/hookbox

Btw, whats up about gameclosure? It started its own branch instead of
forking... How should we see it, a really unrelated fork or some side
branch? What is its base? Is this the "new stable" distro or something
like it? I have not understood this yet.

Gameclosure I believe is a startup that Michael Carter co founded [1]
The main branch originally resides in mcarter's repository[2], got
forked to hookbox (organization repository), the original hookbox
repository seems to get transferred to gameclosure. I try to merge
gameclosure's modification and 'indirectly' push by doing a pull
request/approve to hookbox's hookbox repository. Indirectly since I
dont have admin access to the hookbox repository. I originally have
admin access but I intentionally removed them hoping that the changes
gets reviewed first by people with more in depth experience in
hookbox. However, since updates are far and few, I try to do what I
can for hookbox :)
