hookbox updates

Hi List,

I recently tried the recommendation provided by Michael and Dan at the
mailing list thread [1] . No crashes (yet) being encountered, but
there are still issues Im trying to investigate.

During my simulation of 1000-2000 simultaneous hookbox connections
subscribed to one channel, hookbox performance degrades after a few
minutes of sending/publishing to the channel. My payload consists of a
timestamp and I have observed that after sometime it seems hookbox's
query to the webapp (webhooks to webapp request) gets less frequent
and delayed.

I have not tried Dan's changes, but brave souls might want to take a
look at [2]
