Outboard Engine Stolen From Hoofer Sailing Club

We're still assembling the information:

A White Johnson outboard motor was stolen sometime between 9 pm June
4th and 6 pm June 6th.

The motor was mounted on the boat called "Toy Boat" while she was at
her mooring near Memorial Union. The motor was secured to the boat
with stainless cable and nicro-pressed fittings. (It would have taken
a bolt cutter or heavy duty wire cutter to cut through the stainless
cables. Also, the person/persons would have needed some sort of boat
to travel out onto the lake to Toy Boat's mooring). Hoofer's had
purchased the motor about 5 years ago and it was in good condition.
