Zoom In/out implemented. New page before/after and delete page implemented

Hi, all,

hxournal ( will be hoodle) is now towards 0.6.6.

Arbitrary zoom in/out functions using +/- buttons are implemented and
new page before (which was implemented before, but I disabled it one
time when I implement continous single page mode.) and new page after
the current page, and delete the current page are implemented.

Some time very soon, I will announce hxournal-0.6.6 with new script
function and these new features. As hxournal gets more feature-
complete, I will switch it to new name hoodle. The version number
scheme will persist, so hoodle will start with 0.7 but from then on, I
will start development/stable version scheme so that odd major number
will be development, and even major number will be stable. hoodle-0.8
will be the first feature complete stable version.

The next goal will be to embed image file and treat image as a first-
class object for selecting, moving, resizing, copying & pasting. This
is a function that does not exist currently in xournal, (xournalpp
seems to have it, but I haven't tested it because xournalpp couldn't
be compiled on my machine.) so I am planning to depart from xoj
format. Of course, conversion will be easily available.
