hxournal has pen pressure sensitivity support!

Hi, all!

Finally I implemented pen pressure sensitivity in hxournal.
Now variable width stroke can be drawn. Compared with xournal,
hxournal implementation is superior because it calculates contour of a
stroke and fill inside. xournal implemented this feature by just
drawing line with different widths. This means that hxournal can have
different kind of pen 'tip' so that one can have quite different
calligraphic effect. For those who want to use hxournal for more
artistic application, this feature will be quite good.

Now with pen button support, hxournal has support for all wacom tablet
functions. (subpixel resolution, pressure sensitivity and pen buttons)
I am going to stabilize this version as 0.6.5 and publish this soon.
