Needed: J<-->E Legal/Technical/Business Interpreters

A client of mine (IP lawyer) wants me to set up an on-demand on-line video conference interpreting service, where I would have several top-tier interpreters available to interpreter for client meetings online, typically with about 24 hours advance notice. The teleconferences would typically be less than an hour, and could involve a variety of technical and business topics. The meetings would usually take place during Japan business hours.
