Medical interpreter needed in Tokyo on Monday

Hi all,

An American friend of a friend had a medical emergency while visiting Japan, and he needs a medical interpreter for his outpatient appointments at University of Tokyo Hospital on Monday, July 14, at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Can anyone help out?

The nature of the case could drastically change the difficulty and necessary knowledge. 

Would some background information for this be available beforehand?

And would the interpreter need to stay around for all 3-plus(?) hours. I might be able to assist, if those questions could be cleared up.
