Concrete term

I have a term

コンクリート直均し（基準仕上面より－１００）

referring to something that is to be done to a floor in a building.

Does anyone know what it is?

It's apparently pronounced じかならし and sounds like smoothing to me, but I'm not sure what the technical term is. Do you have a unit for that number?

My concrete dictionary gives "concrete subslab, levelling concrete"
for 均しコンクリート, with the definition基礎工事の前処理
として、
砕石や砂利あるいは割グリなどを平坦に敷き均した上面に敷き均さ
れるコンクリート。基礎構造物のコンクリートの品質確保、基礎・
柱の仮砕、鉄筋位置の墨出しあるいは配筋を行う目的で打ち込む。

I am pretty sure that 均す means to "level" something (here the concrete)
and I assume the -100 means to level the concrete so that the surface of the
concrete is 100 mm below than the finished floor level.

Now I don't know how 直均し is different from just plain 均し. But see here:

The answerer suggests that 直均し might mean 直接、均す. So I suppose to
"directly level" might be a literal translation.
