この「Its」が何を指すのか、さっぱりわかりません。

多いと思いますが、なぜ「Its」なのか、解せませんよね。

The "Its" here is simply the possessive of "it," I think.

So if Bob Smith is the president of Acme Corporation, the "its" would
refer to Acme Corporation.
In other words, we're talking about Acme Corporation, and Bob Smith is
its president.

Just simply as "役職" which is equivalent to "Title."
