Yakkers!

I need help!
I am currently working on a E-to-J localization project for a SAP-based
system (SAP is a business management solution by SAP AG, a German company).

I have 14+ years of experience in software (mostly Windows-based
applications) and web localization, and in most cases, have relied heavily
on Microsoft glossary. However, this being my first time working on a SAP
system, I was naïve to assume there is a Japanese SAP glossary available
somewhere on the web. But boy, was I wrong!!!

What is worse, is that the Japanese version of SAP has been around for some
time, with some unconventionally and inconsistently translated terms (e.g. I
have learned that "talent" is translated sometimes as "タレント (which
sounds strange, unless the context is 芸能界)" and other times as "人材")
that have now become part of their standard terminology. So all the more, I
need access to the official glossary.

So far the only reference I could find is help.sap.com, which has a Japanese
localized help system, but it is too tedious to try to find the English help
topic that contains the word that I need, then find the matching Japanese
topic and locate the translated word. I have found other small lists of
terms that people have compiled just for personal use, but nothing
substantial.

Can anyone help me obtain an English-to-Japanese glossary of SAP terms?

Thanks for your help!

Koga-san,
