Agency check: WeiEr Translation Services

Have been getting feelers from a translation business based in China:

Does anyone have experience with them? If so, how was it?

I must admit, I'm increasingly wary of Chinese translation agencies, as their way of doing business really seems to grate a lot of the time. I'd be happy to hear of experiences with others regarding this agency or Chinese agencies in general.

They seem nice enough but would also appreciate any feedback. Andy,

Hi Alan,

I had a job offer from them, that seemed suitable to me, but after looking into it and getting back to the PM, was informed later the job had been farmed out elsewhere.

The same PM threw a couple of completely unsuitable jobs in my general direction, and didn't really take any notice of my communications regarding a couple of things.

I decided I'd offer him some serious feedback on his business approach, and haven't heard from him again.

I'm not unhappy with the result.
